Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Cordflex Field Playbook (the "App"), provided by Nursetech Medical. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Authorized use
The App is an internal tool for Nursetech Medical personnel and approved partners. Access requires a valid team access code and, where applicable, an approved company email address. Use it only for its intended business purpose.
2. Your account
Keep your login credentials confidential and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't share, copy, or distribute the App's content outside authorized use.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its data.
- Don't use the App unlawfully or in violation of any third party's rights.
4. Confidential & proprietary content
The playbook content, methodology, materials, and the "Cordflex" name are the confidential and proprietary property of Nursetech Medical. They are provided for your authorized use only and remain our property.
5. Monitoring
Usage and sign-in activity are logged for security, coaching, and product improvement, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and content is for guidance only.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nursetech Medical is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for violation of these Terms or when access is no longer authorized.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We'll revise the effective date above when we do.
