This Privacy Policy explains how Nursetech Medical ("we," "us") handles information in the Cordflex Field Playbook (the "App"), an internal sales-enablement tool for authorized Nursetech Medical personnel and approved partners.
1. Information we collect
- Account information you provide at sign-up: full name, work email address, territory, and role.
- Usage activity: pages/stages you view, checklist items you complete, and resources you open, used for internal coaching and product improvement.
- Sign-in details: the date/time of logins and approximate location (city/region/country) derived from your IP address, plus basic device/browser information, used for account security.
2. How we use information
- To provide and operate the App and your account.
- For internal sales training, coaching, and analytics.
- To secure the App and detect unauthorized access.
3. Service providers
We use trusted processors to run the App. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and hosting of account/usage data.
- Brevo — delivery of account emails (confirmation and password reset).
- ipapi.co — approximate location lookup from IP address at sign-in.
- Hostinger — web hosting of the App.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers above, and where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep account and activity data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
Access to data is restricted by row-level security and authentication, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Your choices
To access, correct, or delete your account information, contact us using the details below.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; we'll revise the effective date above when we do.
